There are many ways that Readers are able to support Breath of Fresh Air. Prayer and encouragement have always been at the top of the list, closely followed by your willingness to let friends and family know about the Breath website. There's not a shadow of a doubt that God has used "word of mouth" as His main way to grow this ministry and I thank God for every reader who has helped in this way.
Although I've hesitated in the past to provide an avenue for Readers to help support Breath of Fresh Air financially, I really believe that this is something the Lord is prompting me to do now in order to help meet expenses and expand this outreach further.
So if you would be willing to join hands and walk alongside me as I endeavour to share God's love, grace and encouragement through this writing and speaking ministry, here's how to go about it.
First of all I need to say right from the start that donations to Breath of Fresh Air are NOT tax deductible. I really felt I must say this straight away as it could be an important factor in the making of your decision. Donations to Breath are really gifts of love, from your heart to mine and I know that God will use them for His glory and His purposes.
Although your gift is not tax deductible, I do want to say that every donation will be declared to the Australian Taxation Office as income, in keeping with Christ's words, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's." (Matthew 22:21 NIV). I don't think our Government quite fits the "caesar" mould (thankfully), but the principle is still very true.
Giving to Breath of Fresh Air is made possible through Pay Pal which is a Secure Site. If you are outside the United States (as I am) please note that the Pay Pal site will register your donation in US Dollars. (For a very good currency converter I recommend using XE.com Universal Currency Converter.
